Testimonials | Rose Estates Assisted Living Community

What truly makes us unique is our people: our residents, their families and our staff. Below are written accounts from some of our own who help to make Rose Estates a great place to live.

“I would say it’s the perfect place for assisted living, with lots of activities, where the residents feel independent yet still get the help they need.“
Laurie H., Family of resident

“From the first day, I loved the marketing staff. I loved the professionalism and TLC that the nursing staff gave my mom. The maintenance staff was very responsive about things we needed help with or done. The kitchen staff was super respectful and patient. They also turned out some really good food. I would say mother would have a hard time finding any place that was more professionally run or that offered as much TLC to the residents and the residents’ family. It was also affordable.”
Marsha M., Family of resident

“Rose Estates is nice and quiet. The people are very nice. There are a lot of activities...if you want to go to one - fine, if not that is fine too. I like everything they do here. I like the fact that no one uses bad words. Rose Estates is home to me, now. I knew the time would come that I had to make a decision to move out of my house. I'm glad I chose Rose Estates and my sons are very happy that I'm here. I don't have to worry about taking care of my old house and yard anymore.”
Maggie B., Resident

“My first impression of Rose Estates was the design and beauty of the Rose Estates, and the landscaping. Inside, one is equally impressed with the cleanliness and the brightness of the decor. But the beauty and the quality of the facility would be meaningless without the quality and friendliness of the employees. All of the people, from the top administrators to the newest employee, are friendly and helpful. Most employees and residents are known by their first names. It' like one big family helping each other. Some of the specific things I like about living here, besides the friendliness, are the building, the cleanliness, the art work located throughout the building. The musical groups and other forms of entertainment, sitting and singing around the grand piano. Other things are the spring fling, the Hawaiian Luau, the Salute to the Cowboys, St. Patrick's Day Celebration and the Oxford Middle School Orchestra. Last, but surely not least, is the support given to the various religious denomination, giving them access to the residents.”
George S., Resident

“I've enjoyed the people here. The staff reaches out to keep us happy. They care about us. They try to keep us happy and entertained. I like the events they have for us. I also like the location - it is ideal for me.”
Mary T., Resident

“Rose Estates is a wonderful place. The staff is very considerate of us. I enjoy bingo and the 'Old Time Entertainment'. I haven't met everyone, but all of the residents I have met are very nice.”
Velma H., Resident

“I like the cozy apartments and the kitchen is nice because I can keep fruit and soda in it. The staff is so kind and caring. They give us hugs very often. We also have a very nice beautician, who takes very good care of us. My favorite activities are the supper club. In July, we had a hula dancer and it was very entertaining. I also enjoy bingo and exercise classes. Rose Estates is a good home for me.”
Zelma B., Resident
